Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise specified. Please note that warranty coverage does not apply to used or customer-supplied parts.

4. What happens if additional repairs are needed?

If we identify additional repairs during the service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No repairs will be performed without your consent, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

We prioritize using high-quality, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent parts to ensure the best results for your vehicle.

6. Can I bring my own parts for repairs?

Yes, but please note that customer-supplied parts are not covered under warranty, and the customer assumes full liability for their use.

7. Do you offer estimates, and how long are they valid?

Yes, we provide detailed estimates, which are valid for 7 days. After 7 days, the estimate may need to be re-evaluated due to potential part price changes.

8. What is your policy on uncollected vehicles?

Vehicles left on-site with uncollected or declined repairs after 7 days will incur a $10/day storage fee. Payment not received within this timeframe may result in a mechanic’s lien and a 15% late fee.

9. Can you handle fleet vehicles?

Yes, we offer specialized services for fleet vehicles, including maintenance plans and repairs to keep your business running smoothly.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.

11. What should I do if my vehicle has issues after a repair?

If you experience any issues after a repair, please contact us immediately. We will address the problem promptly and ensure your satisfaction under the warranty terms.
